The World According to Gogglebox

The Bafta winning TV show Gogglebox has a book out today!
'The World According to Gogglebox'.
Featuring loads of drawings by me! Heres a quick glimpse inside...

It was such a wonderful project to be involved with - drawing such brilliant people was a bit of a dream job for me. I couldn't be happier with the finished book. The design is first class, and its funny as anything! I hope you like it!

Massive thanks to Liana and Tim at Unreal, Tania at Studio Lambert, and Katy at Canongate Books, the writers Jason Hazeley and Joel Morris, everyone else involved... and of course the stars of the show.

Les aventures de Marc

'Les aventures de Marc' is a French medical brochure that explains the diagnosis and treatment of colon cancer. Originally an animation, I was asked by VisualMedia to expand the content for a printed brochure. I kept the drawing approach nice and broad, a little 'ligne claire' style, with some friendly warm colours. Its turned out to be one of my favourite jobs. Hopefully it rests easy on the eyes of anyone going down the cancer pathway.

Big thanks to Amy at VisualMedia

Another one of my favourite Americans, against the background of a lawn receding into darkness.

Will I Am

I watched the documentary about him with Joanna Lumley, and felt inspired to do a sketch. One of my favourite Americans.

Ooh 'ello Charles Hawtrey

If you're enjoying the sun and mucking around east Kent, pick up a copy of the marvellous free seaside issue of The Weekender magazine, inside which you'll find loads of great seaside things, and my illustration of Deal's most famous misanthrope, Charles Hawtrey. Fill your teapot with whiskey and enjoy!
