Weird Whitstable lives!

Weird Whitstable has passed, but has risen from the grave and gone on to an afterlife on the internet. Not only can you relive the drama of the exhibition, but there is also a blog to reveal the latest unusualnesses in Whitstable. Feel free to comment, leave your own stories, email me or order prints.

Horror Express

This is my entry for the Art of Horror exhibition at The Horsebridge's Gallery 3 in Whitstable.
Its based on a 1958 Japanese poster for Dracula, and I nicked the idea especially for the brilliant 1972 film, Horror Express. I love foreign film posters.

The Art of Horror begins on 20th April and runs through 'til 31st May. It shows classic horror posters and modern reimaginings by current artists. All for sale! More info here.

Dr Who is back on telly soon, and I found this in a sketchbook from last year.
Matt Smith is the best doctor!

Staffordshire Saxon

A couple of drawings showing the Staffordshire Saxon sculpture by Andy Edwards coming to life, and walking through the streets of Stoke-On-Trent, back through time, to the ancient kingdom of Mercia.
